Mechatronics Design Engineer – Metallic Transformation Sector

MISSION DESCRIPTION

Our client, active in the metallic transformation engineering, is looking for a Mechatronics Design Engineer to oversee conception, design, testing and commissioning of robotic equipment. Your mission will be :

• Responsible for mechanical, material selections, sizing, engineering design, manufacturing method
• Respect the technical specifications and customer requirements
• Define and validate the loads applied on the robot structures and accessories
• Check the drafting work of the designer
• Evaluate manufacturing cost in the design
• Validate the end design and product development during the test and commissioning
• Define planning and be sure to respect the deadlines
• Report technical issues for continuous improvement on the internal database

PROFIL

• Engineer in mechanic, electricity, automation or electromechanics
• Justify 3 to 5 years experiences
• Capability to design in 2D/3D especially on Creo
• Good knowledge on FEA tools
• Good knowledge in Mechanical design – conception, calculation, material
• Good creativity skills
• Ready to travel worldwide, 10-15% of your time
