Automation Manager & MES Support – Industrial Sector

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION

Our client, located near Liège, is an international actor in the industry sector. They are looking for a Group manager for their automation, digitalization and MES activities, that will collaborate with production, R&D, suppliers, quality and IT teams. You will be responsible for :
▪ Design and implement automatic software tests on production assembly lines
▪ Develop the required test equipment – architecture and test HW
▪ Responsible of all the tests at the end of production line (drivers programmation, electrical tests…)
▪ Meet deadlines and quality targets for production
▪ Guide the engineering teams in analysing failures and defining corrective actions that will ensure continuous production 
▪ Carry out, as a team, the MES design and implementation throught all the plants

PROFILE REQUIRED

▪ Master’s degree in automation with knowledge of electricity and SW development
▪ At least 10 years of experience including experience in SQL databases, C#, Visual Studio
▪ Good knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) – use and integration
▪ Motivated, autonomous, team player, good communication skills
▪ Understanding of modern manufacturing technics

PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS

▪ Languages : English, French and Spanish are an asset
▪ Location : Liege, 10% traveling
▪ Proposed contract : CDI
