JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, active in the metallic transformation engineering, is looking for a Test and Validation Engineer to become the main reference of the company as the position do not exist yet. Your mission will be :

• Define the tests procedures for the mechanical and electrical department
• Guarantee the validation of prototype to meet the R&D quality standards
• Define and implement the Validation plan in collaboration with the engineering team
• Define and design tools for the validation process
• Analyze the tests and processes, determine root causes, failure analysis…
• Compare test results to KPI
• Be accountable on internal projects audit

        PROFILE

• Engineering degree in electromechanics
• At least 3 years experiences
• Previous experience in continuous improvement and testing and validation processes are requested
• Hard Skills : automation, sensors, programming, electrical drawings, 3D Design Software
• Softskills : Autonomy, analytical, good communication, team spirit
