ICT Manager – Public Administration

MISSION DESCRIPTION

Our client, located in Brussels, is a leader in the processing of delivery. He is looking for an ICT manager in order to lead and manage software optimisation projects.

Your missions are:

• Develop technical software and web application solutions
• Manage a team through coaching, feedbacks and mentoring
• Support suppliers and partners to take the right solutions in their technological choices
• Lead the overall project in line with budget and roadmap of the business
• Be responsible of the reliability, the performance
• Analyze risk management and continuous improvement
• Coordinate the operational support and maintenance of applications in production
• Resolve issues
• Facilitate communications, information flow

PROFIL

• Master or Bachelor in computer science
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in computer science, software development
• Strong knowledge in computer languages, relevant ICT technologies and tools (Java, cloud, databases, API driven architecture,…)
• Customer-focused and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, work in team.
• Experience in AGILE Methodology is an asset

• Type of contract: Mission of 6 months and possibility of extension
