Group Quality Process Engineer – Electricity industry

MISSION DESCRIPTION

Our client, located in Liège, is a key player in the lighting industry. The society is looking for a quality process engineer in order to support, homogenise and standardise quality processes related to quality within the group. Your missions are:

• Support all operations sites and specific manufacturing processes related to quality
  • Develop standardize documents for production, assembly, products
  • Harmonise quality-group guidelines
  • Federate and convince teams to change procedures in order to increase the quality of work
• Improve communication to and between plants
• Formalize operational Quality processes
• Set up a reference system for internal audits
• Write continuous improvement procedures

PROFIL

• Master in Mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge in quality processes and integrated management systems
• Methodologies such as : SPC, 6Sigma, Deming wheel, FMEA, audits, Pareto analysis, continuous improvement techniques
• Knowledge in electronics or electricity are an asset
• Ready to travel abroad (10% of the time)
